▪️Recommended immediate ceasfire by all armed groups

Noted presence of refugees in the Republics of Rwanda and Uganda and recommended repatriation to DRC.
Recommended formation of EAC Monitoring and Evaluation mechanism to complement expanded joint verification mechanism and adhoc verification mechanism;
