Rwanda is upgrading Amahoro Stadium from 25,000 seats to 45,000 seats.
It will include the main football pitch, new FIFA-standard warm-up court, Paralympics Gymnasium and Petit Stade which will meet FIBA and FIVB standards.
The renovation is expected to be completed next year.
