Rwanda joins Kenya and Ethiopia in acquisition of shares in the Lamu refinery. Aliko Dangote has offered only 30% equity stake to all the East African countries.
Kenya has already walked away with 10%. Ethiopia, Rwanda plus other nations like Uganda and Tanzania that haven't made their intentions known yet remain with just 20%.
