🇰🇪 Kenya just announced plans to extend its SGR railway from Lamu all the way to Ethiopia & South Sudan.

Part of the LAPSSET Corridor East Africa’s largest infrastructure project:

1) 2,900km of railway across Kenya, Ethiopia & South Sudan.
2) Will connect 50–60 million people
3) Lamu Port: 32-berth deep-sea facility
4) Crude oil pipeline included
5) Will boost GDP by 2–3%
6) 3 resort cities along the corridor
