EAC Secretary General @pmathuki and Executive Director @ITCNews @cokehamilton have signed a Memorandum of Understanding marking the beginning of implementation of the second phase of the EU-EAC Market Access Upgrade Programme (MARKUP II).

MARKUP II will focus on supporting processing, value addition, diversification, investment & exports of key agricultural sectors.
