While passing out 9,690 Local Defence Personnel at Kaweweta, it was good to find out that over 5000 of them have A’level certification.
With this level of Education, it is easy to learn, because modern warfare has a lot of science and educated people learn easily.
I am therefore happy, this is very good for the army and the country.

To the new graduates, you have entered a noble institution that succeeded right from FRONASA days because of the ideology of patriotism- Love for Uganda. Uganda is more important than your tribe and religion. Uganda values you the way you are, you should also value Uganda.
