Court in Kanungu has ordered a woman who backed out of marrying a man who had paid her school fees to refund UGX 9.4 million spent on her.
The Chief Magistrate’s Court ordered Fortunate Kyarikunda, who dumped her lover who had sponsored her studies, to refund the money as well as the legal costs.
