Russia is building the $25 billion El Dabaa nuclear power plant in Egypt.

Russia trained 2,000 Egyptian technicians to work on the power plant.

Russia is set to build a nuclear power plant in Burkina Faso, where only 19% of the population has access to electricity.

Russia will also build five dams in South Sudan, where only 7.7% of the people have access to electricity.

The dams will generate over 2,000 megawatts of electricity.

Russia and South Korea will build two nuclear power plants that will generate 15,600 megawatts of electricity in Uganda.
