The First Lady and Minister of Education and Sports, Maama @JanetMuseveni, and the State Minister for Sports, Hon. @OgwangOgwang, yesterday toured the progress of the construction of the Nakivubo World War II Memorial Stadium. 

The magnificent sports complex is the result of a partnership between businessman Kiggundu Hamis and the government of Uganda. 

Mrs. Museveni commended Kiggundu for his willingness to invest in the infrastructure development of sports in the country. 

"This incredible partnership between the government and private sector exemplifies the NRM's commitment to youth-led development and nation-building," Maama Janet Museveni said.
