24th Meeting of Sectoral Council on Legal and Judicial Affairs is currently underway at the EAC HQ in Arusha, Tanzania .

Among the items  on the agenda are consideration of Amendment of the Treaty to provide for Kiswahili & French as Official languages of the Community.
