Neyrelle's Hand is the Lord of Hatred relic that tends to slow people down. It's needed with the Stamina Potion and Rusted Bardiche when you're making the Trophy of the Faithful in the Horadric Cube, so it's worth keeping your D4 items and quest materials organised. The hand comes from the Greed trial, but don't rush straight to Hawezar. The Holy Cedar Tablets at Kyovashad Gatehouse only respond once the earlier sins have been cleared, and the Outcast's Journal north of Cataclysm is what starts the whole chain.
Anger is the gear check
After Pride, return to the Gatehouse and carve Anger into the tablets. Head for the Temis training grounds and keep hitting the target dummy until the Amazon Training Helm drops. Put it on straight away. Amazon enemies in the nearby area can then drop the rest of the training outfit. It's a bit of a grind, but there's no shortcut: Vasha the Unbroken won't give up Mother's Rose until your full set is equipped. Players have had better luck farming her outside Helltide, since the event can make the drop behave oddly.
Trial Key task Relic to burn
Pride Repair and fire the Idyllic Reach ballista Daddy's Chains
Anger Wear the Amazon Training set and kill Vasha Mother's Rose
Fear Follow the crow through Lycander Hierophant Skull
Greed Fish at Deathspeaker's Temple docks Neyrelle's Hand
Pride opens the route
For Pride, inscribe the first sin at the cedar tablets, then travel to Tiriel's Encampment. Break enemy ballistas until an Amazonian Bolt appears in your loot. Take it to the Idyllic Reach cellar, where an empty ballista is waiting. Load the bolt, fire it across the gap, and use the line to reach the boss. Daddy's Chains drop after the fight. Burn them at the fire pit near Athulua Temple. A few practical checks can save a wasted trip.
Make sure the bolt is in your inventory before entering the cellar.
Equip every Amazon Training piece before challenging Vasha.
Use the action wheel at the docks; ordinary interaction won't trigger the coffin.
Fear follows a quieter path
The Fear trial is less about fighting and more about paying attention. Mark Fear at Kyovashad, then go to the ruined area in Lycander and look for the oversized crow. Stay close enough to see where it lands, but don't sprint ahead and lose its route. The bird leads you through several stops before handing over the Hierophant Skull. Take that skull back to the Athulua Temple fire and burn it like the other offerings. If the crow vanishes from view, backing off and returning to the ruins usually helps.
Greed leads to Neyrelle's Hand
With the first three offerings done, inscribe Greed and travel to Deathspeaker's Temple in Hawezar. Walk right to the end of the battered docks, open your emote wheel, and use Cast Fishing Line. Keep trying at that exact spot until a large coffin rises from the water. Enter the short instance and approach the lone calf inside to receive Neyrelle's Hand. Once it's secured, players looking for Diablo IV Items for sale can keep building toward the Cube recipe and the Cow King encounter.
At U4GM, Diablo 4's stranger hunts are easier to follow. Chasing Neyrelle's Hand means facing Pride, Anger, Fear and Greed, so good prep matters; explore https://www.u4gm.com/diablo-4/items for useful item options before returning to the Cedar Tablets. Keep your kit ready, trust the clues, and enjoy the Cow Level chase.
